Most instances, a cardiac arrest happens when you are alone. The sudden heart attack is unpredictable, shocking and leaves no time to recover on the onset. With stressful lifestyle and hectic schedule, people fail to follow a healthy routine. This proves to be the primary cause for most men and women in the age bracket of 30 to 40 falling prey to a sudden cardiac arrest. Hyderabad alone reports daily heart attacks with an increasing number of casualties every month. Just as power goes out and lights get knocked out during a natural disaster, the heart sustains a sudden impulse and stops beating. A person recovering from a sudden heart attack is very rare. There have been more deaths in the emergency room due to the simple reason of people not being able to identify the warning signs well in advance.
