All the children gathered to be a part of this great initiative by planting trees and making Telangana greener, cleaner and pollution free. The programme started with lighting of lamp, presentation of Bouquet and a skit by students of class 5th and 6th on "Save Trees". Trees are very important to our life as food and water. Life becomes very difficult without trees or we can say that life would be finished because trees are the most important aspect of giving us healthy and wealthy life. We need to save trees, so that we are able to have healthy and happy living.
Now, we have students of grade 3 to 6th performing a skit to create awareness about the importance of trees. Speaking on the occasion, M Komariah said that all children should protect the earth and environment by planting also adopting the saplings. As part of Haritha Haram programme around 20,000 students in all the branches of DPS & Pallavi school students have taken up planting of saplings in their schools and their homes.
Speaking on the occasion Madhusudanchary appreciated Komariah Chairman for initiating the Haritha Haram in all the branches of DPS & Pallavi Schools. Referring to Stephen Hawking he said mankind will perish in about 200 years if we don't protect the environment and encouraged all the students to plants saplings for the betterment of future generation.
