Unlike the mind, brain is the organ inside the head of a human beings, and animals; organ that allows a person to think and fee, to control one’s body.

Brain refers to the mental ability of a person, the intelligence of a person.

Brain means a person who is important in a society or an organization: who’s the best brain in your country?

The brain behind something is a phrase – the person who is responsible for inventing something, discovering something.

Pick somebody’s brains – informally refers to talk to someone who knows more about something than you know about. You pick somebody’s brain in order to learn something.

Rack your brain or brains– means to try very hard to remember something, solve a problem
Brain generate consciousness.

Brainchild is the original plan of something made by a person.

Brainy and brainless are adjectives: you someone is brainy it means very clever, if not, then brainless.
Brainstorming is a noun meaning a way or method of solving a problem.

Brainwashing is a noun but brainwash is a verb meaning to force someone to accept an idea by repeating it many times

Brainwave is an electric signal sent by a person’s brain that can be recorded and measured, and a sudden very good idea.

Mind is an abstract noun, and has many meanings: your thoughts and attention, part of a person’s body that thinks (brain), remembers, and knows.

At the back of your mind is a phrase meaning you remember that aspect or thing.

Other phrases of mind are – be out of your mind, or go out of your mind (confused), be in two mind (not certain), spring to mind (remembering), keep an open mind, bear or keep something in the mind, make up your mind, on your mind, put your mind to something…

Mind also functions as verb referring to feel annoyed, or unhappy.

Mind map is a diagram to present information: a learning tool, too.

Mind others means to look after others unless one wants to prove otherwise: not human.
