Karthikeya of the ‘RX 100’ fame will be playing the lead role in a new film, bankrolled jointly by Anil Kadiyala and Thirumala Reddy and helmed by Arjun Jandhyala, who will be making his debut with this film. The shooting of the film took off at the Sri Venkateshwara Swamy temple in Hyderabad on Thursday. On the auspicious occasion, noted singer S P Balasubrahmanyam handed over the script to the hero, director and the producers of the film. The first clap was sounded by director Boyapati Srinu while actors Ali and Praveena Kadiyala switched on the camera.
Speaking on the occasion, producer Anil Kadiyala said that they decided to make the film as it has a strong storyline and expressed the hope that it would turn out to be a blockbuster. He thanked SP Balasubrahmanyam for gracing the occasion and blessing the unit. Karthikeya said that he liked the story very much and has been eagerly looking forward for the commencement of the film’s shooting. Noted producer D V V Danayya, Hema, Miriyala Ravinder and others were present on the occasion.
