After 'Baahubali', it is '2.O'

Ever since ace Director Shankar has announced the sequel of his blockbuster movie 'Robo' titled as '2.O' starring Rajinikanth, the expectations have always been high on this movie. With Akshay Kumar playing a vital role in the film, the craze got doubled.

Amid high expectations, '2.O' got hit the screens across the globe on November 29th, 2018. Though the 2D version of the movie is falling behind the 3D version of the film is creating the records. It is known that the film got released in Telugu Tamil and Hindi languages. When compared to the other two languages, the Hindi version of '2.O' reached the break-even point soon and has been fetching profits for the distributors. Now the film also succeeded in pulling off a rare feat. Till now, 'Baahubali' is the only South Indian film that which made a worldwide gross of more than 100 crores in 3 languages.

Now, '2.O' movie became the second film to pull off this feat. So, 'Baahubali 2' and '2.O' are the only films which made more than 100 crores gross in the three Indian languages (Hindi Tamil and Telugu). Both Rajamouli and Shankar have become the pride of South Indian Cinema.
