Srikakulam: YSRCP president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy received warm welcome from his party activists at Kadakella village in Veeragattam mandal on his arrival in Srikakulam district as part of his Praja Sankalpa Yatra on Sunday evening.
He completed his Praja Sankalpa Yatra in Vizianagaram district and entered Srikakulam district. Jagan’s Padayatra concluded in Kurupam Assembly segment in Vizianagaram district and entered Srikakulam through Palakonda Assembly segment in Veeragattam mandal.
YSRCP leaders Dharmana Prasada Rao, Dharmana Krishna Das, T Sitaram, R Shanthi and other leaders and Assembly segment coordinators extended a warm welcome to him at Kadakella village.
Jagan’s Padayatra in Srikakulam district covered Kadakella, Nadimikella, Vikrampuram and other villages in Veeragattam mandal on the first day on Sunday. During his first day’s yatra in the district, Jagan confined himself only to interact with people who met him and inquired about their welfare and did not comment on any issues of the State.
On Monday, Jagan will continue his Padayatra in the same mandal and will cover Chittapulivalasa, Nadukuru, Veeragattam mandal headquarters, M Rajupeta, Chidimi and U Venkammapeta villages. Y S Jagan’s Padayatra reached 305 days by Sunday and he will continue his Yatra in all 10 Assembly segments and cover a total distance of 350 kilometres in Srikakulam district.
