Chirala: The secretary of the St Ann’s College of Engineering and Technology, (SACET) Chirala Vanama Ramakrishna Rao and its correspondent S Lakshmana Rao appreciated 11 students who were selected by the Tata Consultancy Services.
The SACET principal Dr P Ravi Kumar said that eight students from the CSE branch-- G Ravali, D John Wesley, G Divya Sai Lakshmi, A Hari Chandana, A Sai Ramya, B Lova Raju, A Harika, M Nalini Mahalakshmi-- and three students from ECE branch, G Venkatesh, P Maheswari, TL Tanuja were selected for the TCS.
The college placements officer, N Purnachandra Rao said that the company was offering them a package of Rs 3.6 lakh per annum.
The students thanked the management of the colleges and the placement wing for providing the opportunity to attend the campus interviews at TCS and staff for their cooperation.
The HoDs of CSE and ECE Dr P Harini and Dr K Jagadeesh Babu and other staff members also appreciated the students for achieving the jobs in TCS.
