Nellore: District Collector R Mutyala Raju surrendered Muvva Ramalingam, Principal of the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), Pallipadu, to the government. He wrote a letter to the state government recently explaining that he was surrendered to the government earlier twice within six months.

Even though, the Collector had surrendered the official to the government some time ago, again he got fresh orders and joined for duties even without informing the District Collector which made him annoyed. He freshly wrote to the government that services of Ramalingam are not required anymore for the district basing on his activities earlier and asked the official to relieve from the duties.
