Vijayawada: The builders and politicians are acquiring lands anticipating future projects coming up near Amaravati capital city. Interestingly, the leaders of two major parties are making business plans related to construction and real estate projects. Already several new projects have been launched in Guntur-Vijayawada stretch.
According to the ongoing developments, the investors and the realtors are making their own plans dividing themselves into two groups. Some builders are waiting for launching projects based on ensuing political developments.
They want to start projects aggressively if Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu retains power. They have already acquired lands and waiting for the outcome of the elections. This particular section of builders bought sizable land near Amaravati.
Meanwhile, another section of realtors and builders are blocking lands in the villages of Tadepalli mandal. Veteran actor Krishna’s brother Adiseshagiri Rao and former MLA Silpamohan Reddy acquired lands in the limits of the Tadepalli mandal.
They have plans to start projects in the particular area if YSRCP chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy becomes the Chief Minister, said A Sivaram Reddy, managing director of Divya Prabhas Builders. Speaking to The Hans India here on Thursday, he said that the investors were mainly concentrating on two different areas in the capital region.
One section of builders focused on the area near Amaravati and other section of realtors concentrated on some other area. He said the builders are anticipating the development of the capital city in different directions.
The two groups of builders and investors are unanimously giving utmost priority for the Vijayawada-Guntur National Highway stretch. Film hero-turned-MP Maganti Muralimohan started his multi-storied residential project near Kunchanapalli.
Similarly, some other companies are making plans to start new ventures based on the demand in the market. However, already several projects are in midway and waiting for customers.
Vishnu Builders managing director K Vishnuvardhan said the political developments would boost the market. He also said the market would stabilise in a couple of years. But the political developments would decide the future projects the Amaravati, he said.
