Tirupati: Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu would be arriving here to participate in the programme on ‘Initiatives for Women Empowerment and Farmers Development’ to be organised by the city-based NGO Rashtriya Seva Samithi (RASS) here on September 25.

The programme is being organised to commemorate 37 years of dedicated services of RASS, said RASS General Secretary G Muniratnam in a press release here on Saturday.

Ministers K Atchannaidu and N Amarnatha Reddy and others would participate in the programme to be held in Mahathi Auditorium.
