Bhimavaram: Young lass B Tanishka has made into world record books in fastest and accurate kid in compound archery.
Tanishka secured a position in Wonder book of records, according to SRKR Engineering College secretary and correspondent Sagi Vittal Rangarao on Wednesday.
He said that on June 17, Tanishka performed in the presence of Archery Association of India and Archery Association of Andhra Pradesh.
She released 100 arrows in record time of 16 minutes 50 seconds in moving compound archery and hit 10 targets and created world record.
Taking into consideration of the performance, she secured a place in World book of records.
The college management and staff of the college congratulated Tanishka and her parents B Pruthviraj and Deepika at a programme organised on the college premises.
They wished the young lass to create many records in the days to come.
