Speaking to police officers here on Tuesday evening, plans are made to make December 31st as Zero Accident Day. The SP reported increased use of marijuana in the city and urged the officials to nab offenders. "Special steps are taken at the entry point of Gokavaram to prevent ganja transportation," she informs.
She directed the station house officers to keep a track of rowdies and ensure they remain in station limits. "Steps will be taken to bring awareness among people on Locked House Monitoring System to reduce house thefts," she notified.
Stating that visible policing was also important, she asked them to speed up the investigation of cases to infuse confidence among people.Deputy Superintendents of Police J Kula Sekhar, K Ramesh Babu, Narayana Rao and other officials were present.
