The engineering and management students from PACE Institute of Technology and Sciences in Ongole exhibited high performance in the ongoing campus placements this year. The interviews conducted by the LaNarsy Infra Limited, Hyderabad on Thursday, 59 students were selected as the graduate engineer and management trainees, announced the college management.
On Thursday, about 250 B Tech and 52 MBA students attended the campus interviews. The company selected 21 Electrical, 16 Civil, 16 Mechanical and six MBA students after filtration through written test, technical and HR interview methods.
Maddisetty Sridhar, college secretary and correspondent said that the LaNarsy is a pioneer in electrification and substation installation projects in India and the selected engineering students would work in the ongoing infra projects by the LaNarsy at Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Bihar and Jharkhand.
The MBA students would join the corporate office at Hyderabad as management trainees. The representatives from the company distributed the offer letters and asked the candidates to join work from May. The college principal Dr CV Subbarao and head of the placement department appreciated the students for their performance.
