Inner Engineering Programme from tomorrow

Isha Foundation, a service organisation founded by Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, will conduct Inner Engineering Programme at Vijayawada Chamber of Commerce and Industry from October 19 to 25. A meditation technique called `Shambhavi Mahamudra’ will be taught to the participants during the seven-day programme for a stress-free living.

The programme promotes beneficial changes in one’s inner chemistry, which include enhanced productivity, creativity, concentration, memory power and decision making capabilities. It also helps combat chronic diseases like asthma, hypertension, diabetes, back pain, epilepsy, migraine, sinusitis and obesity.
