A popular video of a senior IAS officer criticising his staff members while working in Bihar has gone viral. The video appears to show a virtual departmental meeting. In the video, IAS officer KK Pathak made derogatory remarks towards the people of Bihar and the BASA officers (Bihar Administrative Service Association). According to reports, the senior IAS from the Bihar Cadre (1990 batch) can be heard cursing and belittling the deputy collectors in the viral video.
IAS KK Pathak may be a very educated scholar but he has suffered from mental depression and frustration while being in bureaucracy for a long time. Get it treated.
