Gaurav Dixit, a seasoned technology leader based in Charlotte, North Carolina, has built a career at the intersection of innovation and customer experience. With a strong academic foundation—an MBA in Marketing (Gold Medallist) from SP Jain Singapore/Dubai and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Kurukshetra University—Dixit combines deep technical expertise with sharp business acumen. His professional journey has taken him across markets in the US, Singapore, Australia, and India, with a consistent focus on transforming digital customer experiences.
“My passion lies in solving complex customer problems through technology,” says Dixit. “Digital customer experience excites me because it blends human behaviour with digital innovation in a way that can truly redefine how people interact with brands.”
Dixit’s approach to product management is rooted in a customer-first mindset. “I always start with the problem, not the symptoms,” he explains. “It’s about working backward from the customer’s need to create solutions that drive measurable business value.” His focus on data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration has consistently delivered successful outcomes.
One of his most impactful projects was leading the launch of Lowe’s first loyalty platform—MyLowe’s Rewards and MyLowe’s Pro Rewards. “The complexity was immense—we had to roll out seamlessly across both online and physical stores,” he recalls. Through structured leadership and a laser focus on customer value, Dixit and his teams delivered a solution now recognised by industry publications for its innovation.
Innovation is central to Dixit’s leadership. From conceptualising Lowe’s patented “Purchase Authorisation” for professional customers to spearheading Walmart Mexico’s digital marketplace strategy, his work demonstrates a relentless pursuit of impactful solutions. “I believe in creating an environment where my teams feel empowered to take risks and suggest bold ideas,” he says. “Breakthroughs often come from the freedom to think differently.”
Personalisation is another area where Dixit excels. He focuses on three key pillars: solving the customer’s immediate problem, helping them find the right products or services, and ensuring a seamless purchase experience—all while respecting data privacy. “The key is to make personalisation feel genuinely helpful,” he adds.
Dixit also places great emphasis on team building. “Diverse teams drive better solutions,” he notes. “I invest time in hiring, mentoring, and empowering talent because great products are the result of great people working together.”
Looking ahead, Dixit’s goal is to continue driving digital transformation on a global scale. “Emerging technologies like AI and machine learning offer tremendous potential,” he says. “But it’s not just about technology—it’s about creating experiences that truly improve lives.”
