In another incident a door of the car came out when four people were trying to close it but failed due to the high velocity of winds which are blowing at a speed of 115 to 120 kms

In Dwarka about 700 electric poles have fallen to ground and several trees have been uprooted. Three people are said to have been injured and are undergoing treatment in hospital. Home Minister himself is supervising the rescue and relief operations in Dwarka and is on the road along with Army jawans. He said district administration was fully geared up to meet any eventuality. According to him about 7 animals died and power in entire Dwarka district has been shut down as precautionary measure.
