Learning about the incident, local MLA Bethi Subhash Reddy reached the spot. The sheppard urged MLA for support. The locals allegedly blamed GHMC staff for dog menace in the streets. Janupalli Venkateshwar Reddy, Aritikayala Bhaskar, Panga Mahender Reddy, A Vamshi Mudhiraj and others were present.
