Moulali: Telangana speech & hearing professionals and students pursuing under-graduation and post-graduation courses participated in 'Speech and hearing awareness walk' from Helen Keller Academy to Vayupuri Colony on Sunday.
Prominent model, social activist and film actress Dr Kamakshi Bhaskar and Neredmet CI Narsimha Swamy were the chief guests of the programme. Dr Kamakshi said that hearing problems could be eliminated by creating awareness on speech & hearing problems among children. She congratulated Helen Keller College for organising the walk and distributed hearing aids to children with hearing problems.
