Sewage overflow remains unattended

Turkapally: Stagnating sewage water on the roads in Railway Employee Colony, Turkapally has become a common sight for the residents. The locals allege that sewage water has been flowing on to the road for the past few weeks and causing inconvenience to the passersby.

Vignesh, a local said, "Due to extensive water logging mosquito population has increased in this area and foul smell emanating from it has become unbearable. We requested the officials concerned to conduct fogging drive as soon as possible in our area."
