Bagh Lingampally: BC Welfare Association state president Jajula Srinivas Goud has said that the party that came to power through agitations is itself suppressing agitations, referring to the TRS government's stance on RTC strike.
He was speaking at a round table conference held here at Sundaraiah Vignana Kendram on Sunday, organised by various BC student, teacher and youth associations in support of RTC employees.
Speaking at the meeting, Jajula Srinivas Goud said that adamant attitude of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao would destroy public transport in the state. Condemning the suppression of RTC strike through arrests, he said that governments cannot suppress the movements that have public support.
