Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest of the event, party senior leader and State Rajiv Seva Samithi president V Venkat called upon the party men to strive hard to fulfil his aspirations and the dream of developing India into a great nation.
He said that as the first Prime Minister of Independent India, Nehru did justice to his responsibility, which was put on his shoulders. He further said that Nehru was amongst the top leaders who strove for the global stability and peace, besides bringing development back home in India. The event was attended by, Gowlipura ward committee member K Suresh Babu, G Srinivas, Janardhan, Praveen, Pankaj and others.
