Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Sunday described TPCC president and MLC Mahesh Kumar Goud’s journey in strengthening the Congress party and standing by its workers as commendable, as he congratulated him on completing two years as the head of the Telangana Congress. In a message posted on his X account, Revanth Reddy praised Mahesh Kumar Goud’s rise from an ordinary party worker to the helm of the State Congress.

He said the decision to entrust the leadership of the Telangana Congress to a leader from the Backward Classes (BC) community was not merely the assignment of a party post but reflected the Congress party’s commitment to social justice. The Chief Minister said Mahesh Kumar Goud had undertaken a commendable journey since assuming charge as TPCC president, working to strengthen the party and standing by its workers under the leadership of AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge and the guidance of Rahul Gandhi.

“His journey from an ordinary party worker to the helm of the State party is truly commendable,” Revanth Reddy said, extending his heartfelt congratulations to Mahesh Kumar Goud on completing two years as PCC president. Revanth Reddy wished Mahesh Kumar Goud continued success and expressed hope that he would achieve many more milestones in public service with the same dedication.
