Potholes posing grave threat to motorists

Shapur Nagar: The street in Shapur Nagar is in a very bad condition as the road is full of potholes. The lanes are narrow and they are facing immense hardships.

"The pothole-ridden road at Shapur Nagar is not only causing inconvenience to the commuters owing to the bad condition of roads, but traffic congestion has increased and those commuting through these roads are having a harrowing experience," said R Rajesh, a local.

"We have complained to authorities concerned about this perennial problem several times and also asked the concerned officials to construct a proper road in the area but no step has been initiated yet.
