Quthbullapur: Medchal Congress president Kuna Srisailam Goud symbolically submitted a memorandum to Ambedkar Statue here on Friday, stating that the TRS is degrading the democratic values.

He criticised TRS for trying to ensure that there is no opposition in the state, in spite of having the majority of MLAs.
