Sajjanar said as there are almost three lakh security guards working in Cyberabad, there is a need of creating a nodal agency which will maintain the data bank of all the security personnel so that the data related to their behaviour, criminal activities can be maintained in the data bank, which any company can access for verification of a particular guard.

If the report is negative, then the company should not recruit such guard. "Police teams will also train all the security guards in matters of tactics and intelligence, so that they can report to the police if any doubtful/criminal activity is found.

CCTV cameras are helping to the maximum extent in solving the cases in shortest time." He called for installing more cameras in Cyberabad and surrounding areas, for which he asked the security heads to seek donations which are eligible for tax exemption. He added that in the last 18 months, they had installed 85,000 cameras and there is a need for another 1,15,000 cameras.

The Commissioner asked the security heads to showcase the best practices of the organisations related to security measures viz., CCTVs, access control systems like face recognition, number plate recognition cameras and signage boards. If any company needs technical assistance, the police are ready to extend any help. He also warned the small companies not to get into the trap of MLM fraud companies.

At the end of the programme, the CP along with his team and SCSC team felicitated the Tactical Trained Security Guards with certificates and badges. Venkateshwar Rao, DCP-Law & Order, Cyberabad, Vijay Kumar, DCP- Traffic, Cyberabad, Manik Raj-ADCP, CAR hq, Cyberabad, Krishna Yedula, General Secretary of SCSC, Bharani Kumar Aroll, vice-chairman, SCSC, security heads of around 120 companies were present at the meeting.
