Neredmet: Rachakonda Police Commissioner Mahesh Bhagwat on Thursday inaugurated a women's counselling centre at the commissionrate office complex.
Speaking at the function, the CP said the centre was intended to strengthen the family set-up. It would work towards settling differences among couples and removing misconceptions paving the way for their harmonious living. Several speakers at the function stated that the centre would help solve the security problems of women.
Among those present were Additional CP Sudheer Babu, Additional DGP SHE Teams Salima, representatives of women's organisations and members of the counseling team.
