GHMC park shunned by residents

Alwal: The GHMC park at Temple Alwal is in horrible state for the past one month. As the whole park is covered with construction materials, rusted and broken play equipments. As earlier, children used to play in the park every evening, due to this reason nobody enters the park.

The park is always closed, we have many time requested the officials concerned to open the park at evening time and clean the trash and also provide basic amenities that includes walking pathway, children playing equipments and sitting benches," Ajay, a local.

Many locals complained to the authorities concerned, but no action has been taken by the authorities yet.
