GHMC Commissioner DS Lokesh Kumar, standing committee members Sangeetha Prashanth Goud, Ekkela Chaitanya Kanna, Sheikh Hamid, Tonta Anjaiah, Ravula Seshagiri, R Sirisha, Samala Hema, Sabiha Begum, GHMC officials Hari Chandana, Viswajit Kampati, Sujatha Gupta, Adwaith Kumar, Sruthi Ojha, Siktha Patnaik, Vijaya Lakshmi, Krishna, Srinivas Reddy, Sankarayya, Suresh, Jiauddin and others were present on the occasion.
As many as 17 resolutions were passed during the meet. Some of them are as follows:
- About 22,500 sq mt of land was allotted for Disaster Response Force yard at Krishna Nagar Colony in Fathullaguda of Hayath Nagar circle
- Permission was granted to arrange 15 kilo liters per day (KLD) capacity for water treatment plant
- Decision was made to extradite road median and traffic island to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for arranging 10 advertising boards from Serilingampally Circle to Mindspace junction
- Permission granted to extradite road median and traffic island to CSR for arranging 10 advertising boards on Nalgonda flyover
- It has been decided to extradite Hafeezpet Meedikunta in Serilingampally to CSR for Fountainhead Global School.
- Maintenance of BOT toilets was given to Safai Karmacharis for 10 years, reducing the security deposit from Rs 50,000 to Rs 20,000
- Reducing Safai Karmacharis registration fee from Rs 10,000 to Rs 5,000
- To arrange separate 2-acre graveyard each to Hindu, Muslim and Christian communities at Fathullaguda dump yard in Hayath Nagar circle
- It has been agreed to extend the services of 250 outsourcing engineers and two senior consultants appointed by NYAK in GHMC
- Construction of sewerage box drain with Rs 3.90 crore from Taramati Baradari Highway in Ibrahim Bagh to Pedda Cheruvu was approved
- Decision was taken to collect 80 properties from Nijampet Road to Bachupally arch connecting Nijampet X Road
- Authentication of targets of 14th finance commission for the year 2019-20
- Steps were examined to increase the total interest amount of Deputy Mayor Office
