Four family members killed after car crashes and overturns at Shamshabad of Hyderabad

A serious road accident in Shamshabad resulted in the deaths of four people after an Innova car overturned after crashing into a culvert near Palamakula, causing the vehicle to be completely mangled. All four occupants died instantly at the scene.

The Shamshabad police arrived promptly and began rescue operations after being informed of the incident. A case has been registered, and an investigation is ongoing.

The deceased have been identified as members of the same family from Chowduru village in Nawabpet Mandal, Mahabubnagar district. They are named as Kethavath Limbya, Jamuna, Kathrovath Manasingh, and Kethavath Vasram. Police confirmed that they had participated in the Ganesh immersion ceremony at Mettugadda Thanda in Nawabpet Mandal and were returning to Shamshabad when the accident occurred.

The driver, Ashok, sustained severe injuries and is in a critical condition. He has been transferred to hospital for treatment. The bodies have been sent to Osmania Hospital mortuary. Further details about the incident are awaited.
