The Hyderabad Agricultural Cooperative Association (HACA) will be selling Deepavali crakers for the convenience of its customers at the NTR Stadium opposite Indira Park. Agriculture Minister S Niranjan Reddy inaugurated the firecracker exhibition organised by ‘HACA’ on Thursday.
Ashok Nagar: The Hyderabad Agricultural Cooperative Association (HACA) will be selling Deepavali crakers for the convenience of its customers at the NTR Stadium opposite Indira Park. Agriculture Minister S Niranjan Reddy inaugurated the firecracker exhibition organised by 'HACA' on Thursday.
Speaking on the occasion, the minister extended Diwali greetings to the people and urged them to purchase firecrackers being sold by the public sector company at affordable prices.
He appealed residents of the twin cities to avail of the opportunity. He urged people to taken necessary safety measures while bursting firecrackers. He advised parents to take special care of their children as they are more prone to fire accidents.
HACA managing director Bhaskara Chary, along with Business Manager Ch Krishnaveni, said the HACA had been selling qualitative 'Standard' crackers at lower prices for the past 38 years for the benefit of its consumers.
They have opened 10 stalls to be manned by experienced salesmen, he said and appealed to the people to procure crackers from HACA stalls and save money. Free parking facility was also available, he added.
Bhaskara Chary said that 10 different firecracker companies established their stalls at the exhibition and quality firecrackers were being provided at affordable prices at the stalls. Exhibition would remain open from morning 10 am to night 11 pm. He urged people to visit the stall and utilize the opportunity. GM of the organization Vishnuvardhan Rao, business manager Krishnaveni Narsimha Rao, staff member Shoba Rani and others attended the programme.
