At Meru International School, we believe in nurturing not just academic excellence but also a deep-rooted understanding of the democratic process and the power of individual voices. Recently, we introduced an innovative and engaging activity aimed at our Grades 3-12 students, one that not only stimulates creativity but promotes active community engagement: The Postcard Campaign for Voter Awareness.
Empowering Voices, Inspiring Change
The premise of our Postcard Campaign is simple yet powerful: Encourage students to reach out to their neighbors and relatives, urging them to exercise their fundamental right to vote. Under the guidance of our dedicated educators, students were tasked with crafting personalized messages advocating for voter participation in the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections. From explaining the importance of voting to sharing their perspectives on democracy, the messages penned by our young campaigners were as diverse and vibrant as the voices behind them.

As the postcards make their way into recipients' hands, we hope each message serves as a gentle yet powerful reminder of the importance of civic engagement.
