EC failed to prevent money distribution: MLA Raja Singh

The Election Commission has failed to prevent money distribution to voters by the ruling party, said BJP MLA Raja Singh. He alleged that the election commission has surrendered to the government as has taken no against the ruling party when money is being distributed in the city.

He also asked the EC to hold in the elections for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in a transparent manner. Meanwhile, he appealed to the voters to take the money from TRS party and vote for BJP.

On the other hand, TRS workers attacked BJP candidate's husband in Singareni colony in Saidabad. The TRS workers attacked him and injured the BJP worker. A clash broke out between TRS and BJP workers on Sunday night. However, the police rushed immediately and dispersed both the party workers.

BJP leaders Bandi Sanjay and DK Aruna visited the injured workers at a hospital. Responding to the attack of TRS cadre on BJP workers, the Goshamahal MLA lashed out at the election commission.
