Boy electrocuted, two seriously hurt

Parigi: A boy was killed on spot while another boy and a person were severely injured in an accident at Baharpet on Sunday. The incident took place when the two boys came in contact with a live wire. Nine-year old boys Zakeer and Sameer were flying kite on a building. The kids tried to remove the kite when it was entangled with power lines.

They used an iron pipe, which contacted the powerlines. Zaheer died on spot and Sameer was injured. The boy was immediately taken to Parigi Hospital and later shifted to Osmania Hospital in Hyderabad. The live wires, making a big sound, snapped and fell on a person, causing serious injuries to him. He was also rushed to the government hospital.
