13 sent to jail for drunk driving

Patancheru: Thirteen person caught drunk during the drive by the Traffic police here were on Tuesday produced in Sangareddy district court.

They were fined Rs.2,000 each, besides being sentenced to imprisonment ranging from two to 15 days. This was stated by traffic CI Venu Kumar. While seven were sentenced to seven days, one each was jailed for 13 and 15 days.
