In the past couple of years, the whole of Bollywood completely had a buzz on Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra movie. Being made in series, the first part 'Shiva' hit the theatres today. It is also the first movie of B-Town's cute couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor who are soon all set to welcome their little bundle of joy into the world. The trailer and the motion posters, made us witness a glimpse of the plot and doled out that Ranbir aka Shiva can control the fire while Akkineni Nagarjuna holds the power of 1000 Nandi's. But Mouni Roy who aims to capture the world is determined to thrash the enemies with her dark powers. So, the movie showcases how the lead actor Shiva destroys Mouni's power with the help of Nagarjuna and his guru Amitabh Bachchan along with protecting his love Isha aka Alia Bhatt.

Story:

The superhero trilogy's first part Shiva starts off by showcasing how Shah Rukh Khan who is the owner of Vanar Astra is captured by Junoon aka Mouni Roy and her team. He essayed the role of a scientist Mohan Bhargav and his powers are activated only if he wears the anklet which is now taken by Junoon. Thereafter, Shiva is introduced as a DJ and he is an orphan. He falls in love with Isha at a Dussehra Pandal and then soon he reveals all his secrets to her. Then Shiva comes to know about the second piece of Brahmastra with Aniket aka Nagarjuna who stays in Varanasi. As Junoon and her team reach the place before Shiva, they still keep searching for him but the couple reaches Aniket via GPS. But unfortunately, Aniket gets killed and Junoon also turns the owner of the second piece of Brahmastra.

Then after Shiva and Isha reach Guru Amitabh Bachchan… He reveals the details of Shiva's parents Amrita and Dev. They are owners of Agni Astra and Jal Astra. So, they will be showcased in the second part of this series.

Finally, even after Junoon joins the three pieces of Brahmastra, she will be not able to rule the world as the 'Power Of Love' defeats her Shiva decides to sacrifice his life for Isha and this stops from world coming to an end.

Analysis:

First of all, we need to speak about the VFX details of the movie as they played a major role in the film. It is ok but could be a little more better. Shiva and Isha looked awesome on the big screens and their chemistry also blossomed on the big screens. Next, we definitely need to applaud Mouni Roy who essayed the role of Junoon… She looked completely different and single-handedly fought with all the lead actors. Shah Rukh Khan, Nagarjuna and Amitabh Bachchan got a chance to essay extended cameos and they gave their best!

Conclusion:

The timeless concept of Roshni (Light) and Andhera ( Dark) linked with the pure love tale of Isha and Shiva made the movie worth watching!
