Even in modern properties, Indian art will bring out different characteristics in the ambiance. Instead of using many pieces of art, it’s advisable to pick one to format in a manner that gives it ultimate prominence.

For example, whether it is a traditional artwork, textile art, or handmade wall art, it can be hanged over a couch, table, or bed. This will help in making the surroundings less cluttered and allow the art to shine through.

Brass accessories can greatly contribute to the traditional aesthetic in a modern home. From brass diyas and lighting to bowls and decorative objects, brass pieces are versatile enough to be displayed on shelves, tables, and consoles.

7. Leave Plenty of Free Space

Traditional Indian design is often characterised by an abundance of colour, patterns, and details. However, a modern interior design is more effective when all things are kept in order and in harmony.

Instead of displaying all the items, choose a few favourite elements and make sure to leave enough space between them. Orderliness allows the entertained pieces of furniture and decoration to draw attention to themselves.
