TELUGU LANGUAGE DAY 2023: Andhra Pradesh celebrates Telugu Language Day every year on August 29, also the birth anniversary of Telugu poet Gidugu Venkata Ramamurthy. Today, the Andhra Pradesh government gives funds and honours to improve the Telugu language. The Ministry of Culture coordinates the event on behalf of the government.
