This is 5th International Yoga Day as The United Nations Of General Assembly has dedicated 21st June to this age-old form of workout in 2015 on the same day. Our Prime Minister Of India has requested the UN to dedicate this special to Yoga as 21st June which is also considered as the longest day of the year in the northern hemisphere.
