So, our dear celebrities are inspiring many through their workout videos. From Shilpa Shetty to Sophie Choudry, many of the Bollywood stars are posting their exercise videos and images on their social media pages and are motivating many. They are showing off the easy ways to tone one's body and stay healthy in this quarantine period.

• In this video, Namrata showed off how to go with easy workouts making a chair as the prop. The first one goes with both the heels pressing the chair and lifting the body, lying on the ground. This way the hamstrings and glutes get toned. Next one goes with the same pose but you need to keep lifting your body and go with the up and down pose with your lower body.
• Then the third one is a single-leg lift with the same pose. You need to go with lifting the single leg and stretch it with the same pose. Switch the leg after 10 reps and then do the same with the other one too.
• Next, place both legs on the chair and then lift one leg towards the ceiling and raise the body as shown in the video. Do it with both legs switching them one by one and tone your back.
• Namrata also stated that 10-20 repetitions of each exercise will yield better results in no time…
