Novotel Hyderabad Airport presents 'Thali- the best of Haldi in last 12 years'

Novotel Hyderabad Airport organised "Thali - the best of Haldi in last 12 years" as a befitting tribute to the 12 glorious years of Haldi. It's a trip back in time that celebrates the journey & culinary delicacies served by Haldi for the past 12 years. With an intention to introduce the guests with the radiance and aromas of dishes from past years NHA have introduced this special Thali. Through an exotic amalgamation of most preferred dishes, NHA looks forward to catering to its patron a unique relishing experience.

The Special Thali will offer both vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicious dishes like Sufyani chukundari kofta, ker sangria pulao, Murgh zafrani karma, Nalli ragani, Galina cafreal, Murgh Wahid Ali, Malabar fidh curry and many more. Executive Chef Varun MB along with the team has specially curated the menu by selecting the best dishes from the past 12 years journey at Haldi restaurant. This Thali promises to delight the customers with its variety and uniqueness that they will enjoy and carry back the sweet memories.
