Ingredients Needed

For Sauce

• 7-8 onions

• 12 pods of garlic

• 5 Green Chillies

• 5 Tomatoes

• Salt – As needed

• Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp

• Turmeric – ¼ tsp

• Coconut Milk – 800 ml

For Garnish

• Egg Whites

• Green Onions (Spring Onions)

• Air-Fried Onions (Chopped)

• Cilantro

• Burnt Garlic –

• Roasted And Crushed Peanuts

• Lemon

• Rice Vermicilli Noodles

Process

• Heat the oil in the pan and add the roughly chopped onions, after they turn little pink, add garlic pods and green chillies. After they get little burnt then goes the tomatoes. Let them turn mushy and then add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Saute for a while and then close the lid and allow them to cook for a while on a low flame.

• Then turn off the flame and then blend them into a thick paste. Next dish out the paste into the same pan and chicken pieces or the veggies into it (if you are a vegetarian). After the chicken or veggies cooked well add the coconut milk and stir well. Make sure you keep stirring until it becomes into a nice thick sauce and leave it until it gets boiled.

• That's it! The sauce is ready and you need to garnish the sauce on the vermicelli noodles.

• Take a bowl and add the vemicelli noodles and pour the sauce over it. Then add all the garnish ingredients on it one by one and enjoy the tasty and mouth-watering Khow Suey…
