Step One: First you need to fill in the green colour all over your lids with an eyeshadow brush or a pencil. Then smudge it with a brush and extend it to the corners of the lids.

Step Two: Now, rub this eyeshadow to smudge it out of the corners, thus you will witness a smoky winged liner effect.

Step Three: Then continue adding the same colour on your waterlines and go with smudging effect and don't forget to apply it in a thick way.
