Behaviour stems from various personality traits predominant in a person. Being an introvert, extrovert, or ambivert are core parts of human personality. We can see different patterns of behaviour stemming from each person which is different. This reflects the nature of the person which is called being an introvert, extrovert or ambivert.

The differences be it psychological or physiological between introversion and extroversion and ambiverts needs to be understood. The behaviour patterns differ from introverts to extroverts to ambiverts whose thinking, aspirations and conduct varies.

What are you - an introvert, an extrovert or an ambivert. How does this affect work, career or personal relationships? Let's examine what makes an introvert or an extrovert or an ambivert.

Skills vary in the context of the three behaviour traits in the personality of an introvert, extrovert and ambivert. Communication is fast paced in extroverts while introverts are withdrawn and are choosy in conversations. Ambiverts respond based on the situation or people they find comfort in. Personal development is slow in introverts while fast paced in extroverts and uniformly balanced in ambiverts.

In today's fast paced world, where everything is instant, personality traits and behaviour can't be attained immediately but one will have to work consistently to master them. For an introvert, issues like being part of groups or people is difficult but one has got to gear up to pick up this quality for survival, career growth or building oneself. For an extrovert being adjustable or accommodating wouldn't come easy. And for an ambivert picking up cues from both the introvert and extrovert, he or she should work on them.

For a good enriching personality, all the three traits have to work towards self-development. Shortcomings can be worked and one can become better with practice. Communication, leadership, personality development, confidence or soft skills have to be improved to make a mark.

We need to recognise and accept people for the qualities embedded in them. We need to develop empathy and look at things from others perspective. Introverts, extroverts or ambiverts stand apart in qualities and behaviour and we need to accept that. Once the behaviours are polished towards development, personality outshines automatically.
