Critical thinking is an intellectual process through which distilled information is conceptualized by way of application through various streams. Some key critical thinking skills are: analysis, interpretation, rational, open-mindedness, and problem-solving. Smarter way to critical think tanking is through problem-solving and decision-making.
Critical thinking is the innate ability to think through rationally about an idea or concept which stems independently. Deciphering ideation is a key takeaway.
To exemplify

Why are we complex? This is a question each of us has to think through. Our personalities are made up with our innate experiences, thoughts - positive and negative, and phobias. We need to identify the problem areas by working on the negative areas. If we excude positivity, it's because of our internal mechanism, similarly a negative approach can be traced to a negative mindset or energy dominating such a behaviour.
It's good to be and think like a child. Children's energy is infectious. Children emanate positive energy unlike adults where the entire mechanism is built around people and wrong perceptions. This generates a negative approach in thinking. We draw positive vibes from the young. It's normally said be childlike because of the positive energy they spread. Being curious adds up to the positive energy vibes. It arouses curiously in others and generates positivity. Our relations improve manifold and we let our personality shine. Its a great momentum in building solid relations which add to positive synergies.
It's good to eschew negative words in our day to day communication process.
It keeps one away from negativity and builds relations way up. Most of the times we start and end conversations with negative vibes which breaks relations. Care must be taken to avoid any negative renderings.
So, how do we deal with complexity? As we understand, complexity has different connotations. It finds a place in relationships, both in the personal and professional realm. Communication has to be made easy, no holds barred approach, being accountable for all actions, and a greater belief in oneself.
Working with others is an art. Teamwork, collaborative approach, speaking what you think are paramount. Today, working alongside with people from diverse areas and backgrounds is crucial. Empathy plays an important role in bringing out the best in complex group dynamics and situations, by synergiging people and teams. Respecting the points of views of all in a team brings out the best outcomes.
Fear is a problem area in complex situations. Managing fear is crucial. It prevents any untoward situation by working on the problem area. Fear emerges from lack of confidence and inner drive or motivation. Fear is an indicator of insecurity, it's an issue if surfaces, makes one weak. One can work on this phobia by evaluating the factors causing fear. By constant motivation, one can erase negative vibe. It has to be kept in balance.
Complexity is an issue and how we handle this by cultivating a sense of control in decision-making by being pro active. Handling challenges of any magnitude, collaboration, and working on negative factors has to be taken care.
An approach to critical thinking and smart thinking by overcoming complexity through problem-solving are the need of the hour. It helps in addressing complex problems and situations by wiping out barriers such as overt thinking and over analysing.
