Science Fest held at Westberry School

Hyderabad: Westberry School Tenali, organised Science Fest at the School on Friday. A festival that showcased Science and Technology with the innovation in mind and vitality in heart.

Each project varied including live demonstration of experiments and exhibitions. Many projects hit the current social and environmental issues like conservation of water, electricity and aquatic life. And use of renewable resources in different ways.

Few models like excretory system with demonstration, Working Robot, Non-new tonic fluid, Foldable solar panels attracted the audience. The spontaneity of students to answer the questions that were posed by the people who witnessed was commendable.

Each participant exhibited and explained their project very enthusiastically. Right from the dispersion of molecules to Solar system children have tried to cover all the fields of Science and Technology.

Teachers also facilitated the students in dreaming and achieving their goal for science fest. Teachers gave them topics which are new and innovative. Students came out of best of their abilities which proves that such events are really required to channelize their energy and thought process.

Parents were also invited and they were amazed and it was an eye opener for them. Such events enhance the learning and scientific temper of the students.
