The government of India is all set to implement New Educational policy, which emphasises on the single test for a specific subject to get admission into Universities across the country.

The government of India is all set to implement New Educational policy, which emphasises on the single test for a specific subject to get admission into Universities across the country. National Testing Agency will conduct the exam.

The HRD minister said that the new policy would suggest an aptitude test

NEP-2020 is likely to introduce an aptitude test in specific subjects that can be appeared for multiple times in a year. The minister said analysis of over 2 lakh suggestions had been completed and "we will be soon ready with the final NEP (2020) draft". Minister asserted.

It is reported that the HRD department finalised the guidelines for the New Educational Policy. The office is set up in Bangalore to research the suggestions and recommendations.

With the new policy, the burden on students and the Universities would be minimised. The new education policy would come into the force once Prime Minister Narendra Modi gives the nod to this new policy.
