Upendra's 'A' Producers Planning Sankranthi Surprise For Uppi Fans

There is a lot of talk surrounding the 50th movie of Real Star Upendra. However the speculation over who will direct the movie came to an end recently with Uppi declaring that he will helm the movie on his own.

Now, we hear that the producer of Upendra's movie 'A' is gearing up for a big budget movie with Upendra in the lead role. The recording of songs for this movie is in progress under the supervision of the music director Hamsalekha. The movie will be helmed by the senior director Naganna.

Jagannath, who had produced Upendra's movie 'A' hasn't bankrolled any movie after that superhit film. But now, his sons have evinced interest in this and have commenced work on this movie, as per reports.

The brothers Rajinikanth and Vasanth, who have spoken about this movie, have said that this movie will be an extraordinary one in the Indian film industry. "We are originally textile businessmen. But we have connections in the film industry from my father's days. We were still young when the movie "A" got released. Since then, we have been contemplating on producing a movie but it never materialised. My father also passed away. Now, we are venturing into this in his absence. Our desire is to give a good movie and hence we have taken up this project. This will be a noteworthy movie in the Indian film industry. We will make an official announcement during the Sankranthi festival. There will be stars of other languages in this movie. We can only share these details at this stage," say the brothers who are in a great zeal to produce this movie.

Sandalwood actor Upendra who spoke about this movie has stated "sons of producer Jagannath who introduced me as hero in the movie "A" will be producing this movie. The film "A' had a different kind of content and people talk about it even today. This movie will also be a unique one and as the producers put it, this will be a big cinema in the Indian film industry. I can only tell that I am going to act in this movie and the rest of the details will be shared by the Producers during Sankranthi."

Naganna who has directed several super hit movies in sandalwood has taken up this movie after "Kurukhetra" and we may assume that this will be a period flick. Several aspects are yet to get finalized for this movie. Talks are in progress with stars of several other languages and everything will be finalized by December end after which the details will be shared by the team to the media.
