We all know what a passionate actor Kollywood actor Chiyaan Vikram is.
Kollywood: We all know what a passionate actor Kollywood actor Chiyaan Vikram is. He is willing to take any risk and walk the extra mile to do justice to his character. The Kollywood actor goes all out to breathe life into his characters. So it's no surprise that fans love him a lot.
In all his earlier films, we have seen the efforts that the actor has put in to make it look real. Now, his upcoming movie Cobra too will reportedly have some high-octane action sequences. Cobra director Ajay Gnanamuthu has spoken about one particular scene where Vikram risked his life to perform the stunts.
According to the director, there is a scene in Cobra in which Vikram's hand, feet and mouth are tied and he is turned upside down in the water. This scene was said to be shot underwater and the director had suggested use of a body double (stuntman) to do this risky act. However, Vikram is said to have come forward to do the high-risk shot himself. The director says that Vikram did the death-defying stunt himself without caring about his life.
Interestingly, the person who shared screen space with Vikram in the scene failed to give his best in the first take. Since it was a high risk sequence, the director did not want to do a retake and was mulling making changes to the script. However, Vikram said he will not compromise on the quality of the movie and agreed to do the scene again. These details were shared by director Ajay Gnanamuthu who is all praises for the actor.
Vikram will be seen in several getups in the movie. Fans have loved the Cobra first look poster featuring the many shades of Vikram. KGF actress Srinidhi Shetty has been roped in as the leading lady opposite Chiyaan Vikram in Cobra.
The last schedule of the movie spanning 40 days is unfinished and the crew is expected to resume shoot after the end of lockdown. Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan will be seen in a prominent role in Vikram's Cobra.
