Rishab Shetty

His post reads, “Kantara Chapter 1 — One Year.

The biggest challenge was to bring this prequel to an audience that had already showered Kantara with immense love. To give a prelude , go deeper into its roots, and tell a story that carries the soul of the land was both a responsibility and a privilege.

It’s been a year since Kantara Chapter 1 came to the big screen, and the love, appreciation, and blessings continue to pour in.

The satisfaction I saw on the faces of the audience is still fresh in my mind. That moment, that silence, that applause, and the love that followed will always remain special to me.

#1YearOfKantaraCh1 #RishabShetty

#Kantara #KantaraChapter1”.

Along with dropping a heartfelt post, he also shared the BTS video and delighted his fans.

On the other hand, even the Hombale Films banner shared its happiness as Kantara: Chapter One clocked one year through social media.

1 YEAR of Divine Blockbuster #KantaraChapter1. A divine journey celebrating our roots, culture and traditions, made truly special by audiences across the world. Your unwavering love made this chapter an unforgettable part of our #Kantara journey.”

But one thing that caught the attention of netizens is neither Rishab’s poster featured Hombale Films logo nor the banner’s post had Rishab’s pic in the poster. So, the cold war between the production house and the lead actor is creating a buzz on social media caught the attention of netizens. This sparked speculation about differences between the actor and production house.

Kantara Chapter One is the prequel to the blockbuster Kantara movie and turned into a massive blockbuster minting Rs 800+ crores at the ticket windows. It showcased Rishab in quadruple role as Berme, Mayakara, Annappa and Kaadubettu Shiva and also had Jayaram, Rukmini Vasanth, and Gulshan Devaiah in the prominent characters.
